This fountain is a handsome addition to the garden in a simple but architecturally pleasing design. It would work well in an English or Mediterranean garden. Relatively easy to install with 3-4 people. Great communication with quick made-to-order and ship turnaround time from the company. There was one minor packing issue with the plastic tubing, but easily remedied--and all the stone itself was fine. The bottom base is easily leveled but a little bit of shimming was required to get the top basin to flow evenly, but simple to do with some spare coins as shims and it works and looks great. Excellent price to quality ratio.
This is not a negative review of Tuscan Basins other than letting TB know of the quality of this Novasolo product and shipping company care. This bookcase was exactly what I was looking for, color, size, style, solid wood. After a longer than expected wait and one cancellation by shipping co. it was finally delivered. We noticed the box was taped in many places. (Shipper would not stay while we opened box, we did take many pics though) We opened it, and despite the very good packaging, we saw some damage. ( pretty sure from shipping co. and not TB) We are handy DIYers and decided to go ahead and keep it and repair the damage ourselves. BIG MISTAKE! While making repairs I found more reasons I should have returned it. This piece is POOR quality for the price. I love the style but very disappointed.

Very tall. More appropriate for kitchen. Had to cut legs or grow 8 inches. After struggling it is a beautiful cabinet.
This company is very easy to work with. Even though the wrong item was sent to me the first time due to the box being mislabeled, they promptly sent the correct one and provided a label to send the first one back. I appreciated being able to talk to a person and not have to leave a message. This is a sign of excellence!

This pig is adorable. She was meant to be an outdoor fixture but for now she’s sitting pretty inside and may remain there to brighten our days with her happy g’day face.
She arrived quickly in perfect condition.
I received one broken birdbath base with no basin. We called yesterday and spoke to a person named Leo yesterday and promised to replace the birdbath. I spent hours waiting on Walmarts customer service just to have them tell me there was nothing they could do for me. Hopefully someone shipped me another one. I sent pictures of the packing and broken base. If you can resend this after the next one arrives I can probably give a better review.
Very prompt response from Tuscan Basins. The product was as pictured and well made but broke during transit...they are replacing it

I think it will be great when it is completely installed. The installer left leaveing the piece where the steam comes out not completely connected to the wall.
It looks good, but still sitting in the pallet blanket on my driveway. Can’t find any men strong enough to move it to the prepared location.
It would have been helpful to have back opening measurements (floor to opening).
We had to spend an additional $300 for valves, plumber, drywall cuts and patches to move plumbing to accommodate sink.
Love the sink, love the look, hated having to spend $300 to get 2 inches higher.
